Protéin A
Application : The recombinant Protein A is a genetically engineerd protein containing five lg- binding regions of protein A and 6X Hist – tag on N terminus . Cell wall binding region and other non specific binding region and other non specific binding regions have been eliminated from the recombinant Protein A to ensure the maximum specific lgG binding . The 6 X His- tag on N terminus can be used for affinity purification or for protein A detection using anti Hist- tag antibody . The recombinant Protein A is deal for purification of polyclonal or monoclonal lgG antibodies .
Protein A binds to most human and mouse lgG subclasses ( eg human , lgG1 , lgG2, lgG4; mouse lgG1, lgG2a, lgG2b, lgG3 ) It also binds to total lgG from cow , guinea pig
